The Polson Police Departments policy is to collect and preserve evidence in a fashion that provides for the utmost integrity from the initial collection of the evidence until its final legal purge from the property room. This policy ensures that no one is victimized by lost or mishandled evidence. Due to our departmentís commitment to excellence in this field, they make sure that all responding officers are well trained in evidence collection and preservation.
